Stampers 6 Group

The next round of my Stampers 6 Club  is due to begin in MARCH.

The last one proved extremely popular,   three ladies have already signed up again, so I have three spaces available

The exciting thing about a Virtual Hostess Club  is that every member gets to receive at least £25 of hostess benefits at some point during the club period.

Each member agrees to spend a minimum of £25 on Stampin’ Up! products per month for the 6 month duration of the club . Having 6 members means that the club’s monthly orders qualify for hostess benefits. On joining the club, you will be allocated at random a month to be hostess. By the end of the club, everyone will have taken a turn at getting the freebies!

Joining The Stampers 6 Club is great way to build up your stamping supplies while spreading the cost.

If you host  an actual party during your hostess month you’ll know your total will be at least £150  giving you even more hostess benefits.

Here are some thank you gifts I made for the participants of my last Stampers 6 group.  An easel calendar and note bookmade with Afternoon Picnic Designer series paper and flower shop stamp set

Gifts all bagged up ready to be handed out.

If you’d like to join the Stampers 6 Club, please let me know as soon as possible as places are limited.  You can still join the group if you don't live near locally by paying the cost of posting your products to your UK address.

The next round of The 10 Club  is due to begin in FEBRUARY -  Just in time to coincide with the new Spring/Summer catalogue which launches on the 28th January.

The last round is now coming to an end and it's proved extremely popular with particpants, most of whom have already signed up again.

The exciting thing about a Virtual Hostess Club  is that every member gets to receive at least £25 of hostess benefits at some point during the club period.
Places are limited, so please read the following carefully and let me know as soon as possible if you’d like to reserve a slot.
How it works
Each member agrees to spend a minimum of £15 on Stampin’ Up!® products per month for the 10-month duration of the club OR £25 per month for 6 months for the Stampers 6 Club. By the end of the club, everyone will have taken a turn at getting the freebies!
There are other exciting benefits, too. Here’s the full list:

Concertina scalloped topper tag card

The sun was shining yesterday and it felt like spring was just around the corner, but today is a different story, the sun didnt even make an appearance here. With all the freak weather patterns recently, I'm sure we will all appreciate when this winter is finally over.

To start me in the Spring mood, I have been working on products for my next card classes next Sunday/Monday, 23rd/24th February. 10am-12pm. Cost is £7 and includes all materials and light refreshments

The card I have designed utilises spring colours and can be adapted for any occasion even Mothers Day, which is just around the corner.

Why don't you come come along and make it for that special friend in your life, Mum or even for Easter. In addition, we will also make another item (time permitting), but this is still in the design stage.....

The card uses the scalloped tag topper punch and Happy Watercolor stamp set from the NEW Spring/ Summer catalogue

Please contact me at lgilbert66@gmail.com or text 07793293599 by Friday if you would like to join us and make this lovely concertina tag card

Happy Valentine's Weekend

Hope you all have had a lovely weekend. My husband spoilt me as usual on Valentines day, with a lovely meal at the Wheatsheaf, flowers and then out dancing to vocalist Richard Thomas (Rich T.) last night. We wish him well in Britain's Got Talent.

It is now Sunday night and the weekend has just flown by, but I didn't want to miss sharing the valentine card I made for my husband

I used the language of love and gorgeous grunge sets which were all stamped in the metallic gold encore ink and the 'you make me happy 'sentiment in real red is from the Hello Lovely set

The 'love' tag stamped in black is from one of the FREE  Sale-a-bration sets Banner Blast.

From now until 31st March the Sale-a-bration promotion is on and for every £45 spent, you can choose FREE products from a fabulous range of 13 gifts.

Just in case you are interested, I have reserved a table at the Stallingborough Community Event on the 1st March, in the Village Hall (10am-2pm). This is the first time, this type of event has taken place and is to help promote local clubs and businesses. I would really appreciate your support or just say Hi, if you are passing.

In addition, I was so impressed when I visited the Bluebells Local Traders Fairs last weekend, that I have now reserved a table at future events. Watch out for these key dates. I am making lots of small gifts and surprises for Easter and other occasions, together with Stampin' Up! products, at sale prices.

Forgotten Birthday Cards

I have been looking through some photos on  my camera and realised that I haven't blogged some birthday cards from last month yet.

The first of the cards is the one I made for my husband a couple of weeks ago.  He has been doing a lot of travelling lately with work and his hobby is photography so I thought the stamp set Around the World  along with Delightful dozen were the most suitable for the occasion

I used crumb cake, midnight muse and gumball green colour combination, some retired Designer series paper, scallop circles and satin stitched ribbon to make this card.

I made two of the next cards for my niece's birthdays using the Happy Hour and Bring on the Cake stamp sets.

I chose pink pirouette and whisper white colours and the delicate designs embossing folder as a border for the top and bottom of the card.

Happy Hour is a fantastic set for all occasions. There are 17 stamps in total including christmas and birthday sentiments, various cocktail and wine glasses with straws, fruit and umbrellas to decorate them with.

That's all for today, thanks for stopping by ...

Happy watercolor scalloped tag

Here is one of the thank you  tags which I made for my customers  using the  scalloped tag topper punch and Happy Watercolor stamp set.

I stamped one of the flowers from the happy watercolour stamp set with Black Stazon and coloured in the petals with a blender pen and wisteria wonder.  I used a couple of strips of the new watercolour washi tape at the bottom and placed over the thank you sentiment, also from the set. A couple of strips of gold bakers twine and gold sequin trim were added plus a little butterfly to give it some dimension.

£26.95 wood 133188 £21.95 clear 133191

The stamp set contains 8 stamps and  has been created specifically for watercoloring but can be used in many other ways. It is a great set to enhance your projects.

Remember the anniversary quadruple easel card we made a couple of weeks ago,

I have made a coordinated 6 x 6" envelope box to put it in, using my new envelope punch board and a belly band using the scalloped tag topper punch.  Making the belly band is very quick and easy as you punch what length you want to go around your finished item and the hole is already made for threading through with the coastal cabana stretch ruffle trim.

As the trim is elastic, it makes it easy to slide on and off the envelope box

The envelope punch board is a fabulous piece of equipment and priced at only £17.95. It not only makes envelopes but lots of different boxes, bags and cards. Look out for more projects I have made with it over the next few weeks.

Please visit my online store HERE if you would like to place an order or contact me at lgilbert66@gmail.com or call/text 07793293599

I will be back soon with some more samples from the SAB and Spring/Summer catalogue

Language of Love Valentines and Anniversary cards

I can't believe January has already been and gone, where does the time go......
I have been so busy with preparations for the Sale-a-bration and the new seasonal catalogue that I haven't shown the cards yet from last months card class.  With being so close to valentines day, I chose the theme of 'LOVE'  and  we made two fancy fold cards. These were ideally suited to anniversaries, weddings, and of course, valentines. One of my ladies changed the sentiment and created a birthday card instead.... which looked lovely and even added a few flowers..great idea Diane...

CARD 1
There were two colour options for the first card, either 'black and red' for valentines or 'crumb cake and whisper white' for an anniversary card.

The cards involved cutting, folding, stamping and embossing, however we all managed to complete them, although the class did run over by 30 minutes... We were all having fun...

On the card design above, when the tag is pulled, the heart pops up to reveal a sentiment beneath. We used a mixture of stamps, framelits and punches: 'New' Language of Love, Love & Laughter, Hearts a flutter and teeny tiny sentiments

Here is the black and red valentine version

 CARD 2
The 2nd card lays flat with four small easel cards sitting on top, giving a unique 3D appearance....

We used a colour combination of pool party, smoky slate and whisper white cardstock and inks, coordinated with winter frost designer series paper stack.   The Language of love stamp set was used again from the new Spring/Summer catalogue. This is a very reasonably priced set at only £14.95 in wood and £11.95 in clear.
It is one of my favourites at the moment, since it is so versatile and can be adapted for many occasions.

If you would like a card, but haven't time to make one yourself, please contact me, I am taking orders and can personalise it for you

Thank you for looking and have a good week
x
